CHEF REYLON AGUSTIN

EXECUTIVE CHEF, POST RANCH INN

Prior to taking the helm in the kitchen at Sierra Mar, Chef Reylon Agustin was the executive chef of Rosewood Sand Hill in Menlo Park, California. In this position, Agustin was instrumental in re-establishing Madera, earning a Michelin star in his first year as Executive Chef and maintaining it during his tenure. Quintessential to his culinary philosophy and approach, Agustin made a name for himself by drawing inspiration from the region’s bountiful fresh produce and artisanal products.

A California native, Chef Agustin has traveled the world with a career spanning across the U.S and U.K. He has held leadership positions at several acclaimed restaurants including Executive Chef of Presidio Foods in San Francisco with Traci Des Jardins, Executive Sous Chef at The Ritz Carlton, Fort Lauderdale and Chef de Partie at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay in London. Agustin is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy.
